b. Registered Job Seekers: Potential job seekers looking for employment may register with the AHPathways website (“Registered Job Seekers”). During registration job seekers will be asked for their name, e-mail address, mailing address and have the opportunity to select a password. In addition, Registered Job Seekers may create a profile (“Job Seeker Profile”) that provides potential employers with information about their qualifications and employment preferences. Candidates who choose to create a Job Seeker Profile will be asked for their name, e-mail address, password and mailing address. Additionally, Job Seekers will have the option of providing information about their current job, years of experience, telephone number(s) as well as posting their resume and/or posting an image. Candidates may also specify contact instructions for potential employers.

The Website uses cookies to optimize service for visitors. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard drive by a Web page server. For example, if you register for services or create a Job Seeker Profile, a cookie helps us to recall your specific information (such as user name, password and preferences). To make your repeat use with us more efficient, practical, and relevant, AHPathways may retain all the information it gathers about you indefinitely. Registered Job Seekers may designate their Job Seeker Profile as “inactive” at any time, in which event the AHPathways will deactivate the Registered Job Seeker account. Once deactivated, AHPathways maintains an archival copy not accessible via the website.

Use of Information

AHPathways Internal Use: AHPathways uses the information it gathers on the website for the purpose of operating and improving the website, fostering a positive user experience, and delivering the products and services that it offers. AHPathways may also use the information it gathers to inform you of other products or services available from AHPathways or its “affiliated companies” or to contact you about your products or services available from AHPathways or its “affiliated companies” or to contact you about your opinion of current products and services or potential new products and services or job listings that may be offered.

AHPathways will share your “Your Information” with other entities should you request AHPathways to share such information by applying for a position posted on the website. You have the ability to edit your information at any time, and may deactivate your account at your convenience.

The Job Seeker Profiles and job board listings must be accessed with passwords. You are advised not to share your password with any other person.
